It also supports leadership pipeline development, and talent retention, while leveraging data-driven insights to enable sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and structured career pathways. Partner with business leaders to align talent initiatives with organizational priorities and drive workforce effectiveness.</li><li>Lead end-to-end performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration exercises to ensure consistency and fairness.</li><li>Facilitate talent review discussions and recommend merit increases aligned with market benchmarks and organizational performance.</li><li>Review and implement HR policies aligned with organizational needs and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Develop and implement initiatives for employee engagement, well-being, retention, and employer branding to foster an inclusive workplace </li><li>Design and deliver learning and development initiatives aligned with the global learning strategy and organizational priorities.</li><li>Lead Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) initiatives to cultivate an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.</li></ul> About You:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Master’s degree (MBA/EMBA) in Human Resources or a relevant field will be preferred.
