This role combines hands-on configuration, project delivery, and production support, with a focus on scalable, modern finance capabilities.You will support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including production settlement, asset accounting, month-end close, and profitability analysis, with integration across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and configure solutions across core S/4HANA Finance components, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and CO</li><li>Lead or support workshops to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions</li><li>Support and optimize end-to-end finance processes, primarily R2R, with integration across P2P and O2C</li><li>Contribute to implementations, enhancements, and rollouts in S/4HANA environments</li><li>Participate in data migration, reconciliation, testing, and defect resolution</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in live systems, identifying root causes across integrated finance processes</li><li>Partner with business users to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability of financial processes</li><li>Support ongoing system improvements and standardization initiatives</li></ul>RequirementsCore Qualifications<ul><li>Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO with S/4HANA Finance experience</li><li>Hands-on configuration experience across core finance processes</li><li>Experience supporting implementations, upgrades, or production environments</li><li>Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes (R2R, with P2P and O2C integration)</li><li>Experience with financial data migration, reconciliation, and close processes</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and S/4HANA GL functionality</li><li>Knowledge of parallel accounting and ledger configuration</li><li>Familiarity with Fiori apps and S/4HANA finance user experience</li><li>Exposure to Central Finance, Group Reporting, or financial consolidation</li><li>Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting or planning</li><li>Experience supporting global or multi-entity finance environments</li><li>SAP S/4HANA Finance certification or equivalent experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to expand into broader cross-functional areas</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a plus</li></ul>
