Are you looking to build trust, enable dialogue and shape labor relations, then join our Nordic People &amp; Labor Relations team: As a Labor Law Specialist at AFRY, you will take on a pivotal role, providing expert support to managers and the People &amp; Culture team on matters related to labor law, collective agreements, workplace environment and negotiations when required. The role has a Nordic focus with an emphasis on Denmark, but you will also support other Nordic countries, when needed.You will guide the organization in interpreting and applying laws and collective agreements. You will contribute to an open and constructive dialogue with Danish Works Council, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships. Part of the role also involves providing support on workplace environment matters.As a Labor Law Specialist, you will translate legal expertise into clear and actionable advice, develop, improve and implement working methods within the area, and ensure these are communicated in a structured manner. You will also conduct training sessions and webinars tailored to business needs.You will become part of the Nordic People &amp; Labor Relations team, which supports AFRY’s growth and helps ensure the company remains an attractive employer. The team is characterized by strong collaboration, knowledge sharing, and an open culture. The position is based in Copenhagen or Aarhus, with the possibility of remote work.
