In this role initiative is valued, within a team of experienced colleagues.Responsibilities / TasksThe responsibilities consist of various tasks depending on the scope of the project. These include, among others:<ul><li>Independently and collaboratively designing and specifying process installations and related components or equipment (using P&amp;IDs with corresponding bills of materials and datasheets).</li><li>Developing and/or applying new techniques and technologies.</li><li>Testing new equipment.</li><li>Starting up new installations.</li><li>Training local operators.</li><li>Performing tests with pilot plants, internally and at prospective customers. Since separation through melt crystallization is a continuous process, short-term shift work may be required.</li><li>Reporting test results.</li><li>Supporting the sales department.</li><li>Preparing and supervising commissioning and start-up activities. This includes a limited number of (short) business trips per year</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>You are a motivated, independent, flexible, and communicative individual who enjoys a challenging and varied role.</li><li>You have completed a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or HAS education with several years of relevant experience.</li><li>Preferably, your experience was gained in the food or process industry, giving you knowledge of (chemical) process installations.</li><li>Interest in this market segment is essential.</li><li>A hands-on mentality is desired to carry out minor adjustments or maintenance on units and pilot plants.</li><li>Candidates with a different education or background are also welcome, provided the required level can be demonstrated through experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required.</li><li>Understanding of and interest in other languages and cultures is a plus, given the international environment.</li></ul>Our Offer:A challenging role in an international environment where innovation and collaboration are central.<ul><li>Competitive salary and 8% holiday payment.</li><li>25 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.
