You will proactively identify, manage, and mitigate product and process quality risks using systematic approaches like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and will design and implement standardized processes and quality systems to prevent errors and enhance product quality.3. You will lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving and corrective actions also contribute to audits, inspections, and veriﬁcations to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.4. You will develop and implement control plans to monitor and maintain quality throughout production, driving continuous improvement and promote a Zero-Defect Mindset by supporting training programs and fostering a culture of proactive error identiﬁcation and resolution.5.
