Program Management • Maintain and improve the weld program. • Monitor program progress and identify potential risks. • Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and provide regular updates to weld stakeholders. • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. • Communicate program/project status and changes to relevant parties. Engineering Support • Provide technical expertise and support on weld-related questions and issues. • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop weld solutions and weld improvements. • Review project designs and specifications for accuracy and feasibility. • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during project execution. Data Analysis and Reporting • Collect, organize, and analyze weld program data. • Develop reports and presentations to communicate weld project progress and results. • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. • Make data-driven recommendations for process improvement and cost reduction.
