Acting as a subject matter expert in environmental compliance and occupational safety, this role independently manages complex EHS initiatives, analyzes safety data to drive improvements, and leads regulatory inspections and compliance activities. The Specialist III collaborates cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.  This position reports to the Senior EHS Manager and collaborates closely with Facilities, Operations, R&amp;D, and Engineering teams.</p><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement programs, safety campaigns, and behavioral safety initiatives</li><li>Coordinate and oversee site environmental, health, and safety programs including Injury &amp; Illness Prevention, Hazard  Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Electrical Safety, Fire Protection, Machine Guarding, Hazardous Waste Management, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention</li><li>Provide training and guidance on all EHS Training Programs.
