Your Role As a Working Student in Technical Writing &amp; Customer Documentation, you will support our Customer Engagement Team in further developing our customer documentation and presenting complex software in an easy-to-understand way. You will maintain and structure content in accordance with our style guide and work closely with the Language Department to ensure consistent, multilingual delivery (3+ languages). You will also participate in customer surveys to ensure that feedback is effectively incorporated into the optimization of the documentation.
