This position will play a key role in our customer acquisition efforts and will be responsible for strategy, management, optimization, and reporting of our paid social program. Qualified candidates are expected to have extensive experience in the Meta advertising platform, knowledge of digital advertising best practices, and exceptional creative development skills. Successful candidates will be self-starters capable of using critical thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve performance. This role reports to the Sr Director of Growth Marketing and works alongside a paid search marketing manager and offline channels marketing manager.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition campaigns on paid social media channels including Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest</li><li>Drive paid social’s creative strategy including ideation, brief writing, post-launch performance analysis, and iteration</li><li>Collaborate with brand team members including videographers, copywriters, designers to develop creative</li><li>Collaborate with produce and grocery category managers to identify creative storytelling opportunities within the Misfits Market product catalog</li><li>Perform and communicate performance updates and creative insights</li><li>Perform A/B testing to find insights and optimizations</li><li>Stay up-to-date on social media marketing, competitor, and grocery industry trends to identify opportunities and optimizations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>4+ years of experience managing paid social media marketing campaigns</li><li>Full mastery of Meta Ads platform, including ad management, reporting, and conversion tracking</li><li>Experience with growth / performance marketing objectives including new customer acquisition and/or sales</li><li>Experience managing creative development</li><li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to express quantitative data &amp; insights clearly and concisely</li></ul>Details of Position &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary range $125k - $140k</li><li>Full-time exempt position</li><li>100% Remote Work</li><li>Salary and employee stock options commensurate with experience</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Multiple health, dental, and vision plan options</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401K plan</li><li>Misfits Market Employee Discount</li></ul>Please see here for Misfits Market's <a href="https://www.misfitsmarket.com/careers-privacy">Job Applicant Privacy Notice</a>.
