They will also support the thought leadership and content deliverables for leadership by conducting and synthesizing research, working across the organization to gather information and synthesizing. They will be responsible for conducting policy briefs for the President and supporting ad hoc projects for communications and donor deliverables.  </div><div> </div><div>The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing regular reports and briefing memos, synthesizing research, polling, and message testing to inform decision-making.
