Work alongside engineers, operators, and builders in a fast-moving, hands-on environment that values clarity, trust, and getting things done.</li></ul> What you’ll doKey responsibilities include:<ul><li>Bulk Image Processing: Manage and execute large-scale processing of raw imagery collected via UAS/UAV flights, ensuring all data is transformed into usable formats according to project specifications.</li><li>Data Quality Assurance (DQA): Perform rigorous and systematic data quality checks on processed imagery and resultant datasets, meticulously verifying accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards.</li><li>Error Reporting and Tracking: Proactively identify, document, and track data anomalies and processing errors using internal reporting systems, collaborating with collection and engineering teams for timely resolution.</li><li>Dataset Delivery: Prepare, package, and deliver final, quality-assured datasets to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring documentation and metadata are complete.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all processing steps, quality checks, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processing workflows and quality control procedures.</li></ul> What we are looking for<ul><li>Growth-minded: Experienced in their speciality field but  hungry for continuous  learning and improvement</li><li>Industry-seasoned: has already spent time supporting the electric power / cleantech industries</li><li>Self-starter: willing to dig into new concepts, make recommendations with limited information, and be highly effective with minimal direction and supervision</li><li>Systems thinker: a love for efficiency, ensuring that processes work well together to streamline commercial operations</li><li>Focused: we are a small team with many competing priorities.
