Grow here. Here is what you will do: Key Responsibilities1. Technical Leadership &amp; System Design<ul><li>Lead the design and technical development of control, automation, and instrumentation systems for industrial and infrastructure facilities.</li><li>Develop control philosophies, system architectures, I/O lists, logic diagrams, instrument datasheets, cause &amp; effect matrices, and P&amp;ID reviews.</li><li>Design and specify field instruments, control panels, marshalling cabinets, junction boxes, and system communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).</li><li>Define project design strategies and ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, NFPA, ATEX, and client-specific standards.</li></ul>2. Control &amp; Automation Expertise<ul><li>Provide expert input on PLC, DCS, and SCADA system design, programming, and integration.</li></ul>3. Project &amp; Client Management<ul><li>Act as the technical lead for I&amp;C engineering scopes within multidisciplinary projects.</li><li>Coordinate with process, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure fully integrated control and instrumentation solutions.</li><li>Prepare and review technical documentation, functional specifications, and test procedures.</li><li>Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, progress reporting, and resource allocation for I&amp;C deliverables.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee the integration of instrumentation layouts and cable routing within 3D plant models using Revit MEP or AutoCAD Plant 3D.</li><li>Participate in clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and digital model reviews.</li><li>Promote the use of CDE platforms (BIM 360, ACC, Aconex) for collaborative design and document control.</li></ul>4. Construction, Testing &amp; Commissioning Support<ul><li>Provide senior-level site support for installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of I&amp;C systems.</li><li>Review vendor drawings and respond to technical clarifications during construction.</li></ul>
