This role ensures our fleet of autonomous electric Ford Transit Vans operate safely and efficiently through proactive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.   Key Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Perform autonomous vehicle maintenance, including diagnosing and repairing complex electrical systems. </li><li>Conduct electrical diagnostics using scan tools, oscilloscopes, and specialized equipment. </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair brake, steering, suspension systems, wiring harnesses, CAN bus systems, ECUs, BCMs, and other control modules. </li><li>Interpret electrical schematics and technical service manuals. </li><li>Complete scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance. </li><li>Document maintenance procedures and update service manuals. </li><li>Support aftermarket modifications and system calibrations. </li><li>Participate in change management and incident management processes for planned and unplanned maintenance. </li><li>Maintain required certifications and adhere to safety standards. </li></ul>Requirements What We’re Looking For <ul><li>Ability to work with proprietary software for diagnostics and calibration. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and process-driven mindset. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Interest in emerging technology and mobility solutions. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Education: Associate’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering technology (or equivalent experience). </li><li>3+ years in automotive industry with a focus on fleet maintenance. </li><li>Autonomous fleet experience preferred. </li><li>Strong electrical systems experience. </li><li>ASE certifications (A Series, H Series, and L3 preferred). </li><li>Dealership or advanced technician experience is a plus. </li><li>Clean driving record; must pass background check and federal drug screen. </li></ul>Physical Requirements <ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, or kneel for extended periods in outdoor environments. </li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. </li></ul>
