The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, implementing best practices, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that our Salesforce environment meets evolving business needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Development &amp; Customization<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.</li><li>Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and triggers.</li><li>Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.</li></ul></li><li>Architecture &amp; Design<ul><li>Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.</li></ul></li><li>System Enhancements &amp; Support<ul><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing implementations.</li><li>Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins).</li></ul></li><li>Collaboration &amp; Mentorship<ul><li>Work closely with business analysts, admins, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul></li></ul>What you’ll bring:Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3-4 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong expertise in:<ul><li>Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura</li><li>Salesforce Flows and Process Builder</li><li>SOQL, SOSL queries</li><li>REST/SOAP API integrations</li></ul></li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization.</li><li>Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).</li><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II (preferred), or equivalent certification.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud,</li><li>Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced customizations.</li><li>Familiarity with integration platforms</li></ul><h1>About us  </h1>We’re a global, 1000-stong, diverse team of professional experts, promoting and delivering Social Innovation through our One Hitachi initiative (OT x IT x Product) and working on projects that have a real-world impact.
