Your mission is to aggressively expand our market share while maintaining elite service standards.<ul><li>Market Expansion: Aggressively solicit orders from prospective and current customers. You will penetrate new and existing markets to increase GFL’s footprint through cold-calling, site visits, and networking.</li><li>Strategic Account Management: Manage a robust pipeline using the ACT database. You will provide tailored price quotes, prepare sales contracts, and consult with General Managers to ensure profitable margins.</li><li>Consultative Solutions: Perform waste stream analyses to identify recycling opportunities or special handling needs. You’ll develop a deep working knowledge of our full product line—from commercial front-end upgrades to complex industrial compaction applications.</li><li>Financial Oversight: Develop a mastery of branch P&amp;L dynamics, including pricing services, calculating desired margins, and managing cost-of-service variables.</li><li>Community &amp; Civic Leadership: Act as a liaison for large-scale municipal and governmental contracts. You’ll represent GFL at business conferences, social functions, and civic organizations to boost company exposure.</li><li>Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on competitor activity and market trends to ensure GFL remains the provider of choice.</li></ul><h3>What Makes You a Great Fit</h3>We are looking for a "hunter" with a sophisticated business sense and the ability to self-direct.<ul><li>Experience: 1 year of professional sales experience with a proven track record.
