This will include managing end to end recruitment activity across multiple vacancies at pace, while maintaining quality, governance and a strong candidate experience. </div><div>You’ll be recruiting predominantly in candidate short and highly competitive markets, requiring a proactive and creative approach to sourcing. Direct sourcing and headhunting will be central to your role, alongside developing attraction strategies, building talent pipelines, and engaging passive candidates through a range of channels. You’ll also provide insight and advice on recruitment best practice, assessment approaches and market conditions, using data and insight to continuously refine your approach. </div><div>Acting as an ambassador for ScottishPower, you’ll periodically represent the business at careers events and assessment centres across the UK. </div><div>What you’ll bring </div><div>You’ll bring solid experience in a consultative recruitment role, either inhouse or within a specialist agency environment, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of vacancies simultaneously and juggle multiple priorities effectively. You’ll be comfortable operating in fast paced environments where requirements can shift, and delivery really matters. </div><div>You’ll also bring strong experience recruiting in candidate short or hard to fill markets, with demonstrable capability in direct sourcing, headhunting and creative sourcing techniques.
