Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>​The DMH-USA Associate for this position will be primarily focused on shipping completed production orders to our customers.  They will be working closely with our Production Supervisor and our Quality Control Inspector.  The person in this role may also be asked to carry out an array of other duties.  These other responsibilities may include supporting functions for the inbound, and outbound, inventory cycle counts and/or managing, retrieving, and organizing stock. The person in this position may also be required to attend to other tasks as determined by the Senior Management on site.<ul><li>Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations and policy requirements. </li><li>Maintains quality standards with performance, defects, damages, and quantity.</li><li>Fulfill customer order requirements with efficiency and accuracy to meet delivery expectations.</li><li>Maintain a clean work area while following all implemented 5’s standards.</li><li>Participates in sustainability initiatives. </li><li>Work with the Production Supervisor and Logistics Lead to identify and execute productivity and quality for the Shipping and Receiving department. </li><li>Manage the use of facility vehicles such as lift trucks, sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. </li><li>Maintain professional skills by attending regularly scheduled training such as safety, quality, and performance.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree</li><li>1 or more years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment</li><li>High level of commitment and flexibility</li><li>Willingness and ability to work shifts</li><li>Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position; Ability to stand for at least 4 hours at a time and lift at least 20 pounds</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment</li><li>Hourly Rate: $18.50 – $20.50 per hour (final offer within this range based on skills, experience, and internal equity)</li></ul>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
