You will not only build and integrate these platforms but also act as a lead educator—empowering our Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to master their own segments of the tech stack.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>1. Platform Administration &amp; Governance<ul><li>Full-Stack Ownership: Serve as the primary System Administrator for HubSpot, NetSuite, and Atlassian (Jira/JSM/Confluence).</li><li>Workflow Engineering: Build and maintain high-impact workflows (e.g., automated deal routing in HubSpot, revenue recognition in NetSuite, and advanced request schemes in JSM).</li><li>Security &amp; Compliance: Manage global permissions, roles, and audit logs to ensure data remains secure and SOC2/financial compliance standards are met.</li></ul>2. Integration &amp; Data Orchestration (API/EDI)<ul><li>System Connectivity: Design, build, and monitor robust integrations between platforms (e.g., syncing HubSpot Deals to NetSuite Sales Orders) using APIs or middleware (Celigo, Workato, Zapier).</li><li>EDI Operations: Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) protocols for automated document exchange with external partners, vendors, and retailers.</li><li>Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of the "Source of Truth," ensuring data remains consistent as it moves from Marketing to Finance to Product.</li></ul>3. Internal Enablement &amp; Staff Training<ul><li>Departmental Empowerment: Develop and lead training programs for "Power Users" within each department to improve their ownership of local system tasks.</li><li>Service Desk Excellence (JSM): Build and optimize JSM portals to provide a world-class support experience for internal teams (IT, Finance, Sales Ops).</li><li>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Base: Curate a centralized internal knowledge base in Confluence to empower employees through self-service and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li></ul><h2>Required Skills &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>The "Trifecta" Proficiency: 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot, NetSuite, and Jira/JSM in a high-growth environment.</li><li>Technical Integration Literacy: Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).</li><li>The "Coach" Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain English for non-technical staff.</li><li>Business Process Mapping: Ability to sit with a Department Head, understand a manual "pain point," and architect an automated solution across required systems.</li><li>Agile Project Management: Experience using Jira to manage your own roadmap, balancing long-term projects with immediate "break-fix" support tickets.</li></ul>Contract Duration: 6 months Our DE&amp;I Philosophy: Lunar Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
