With over <strong>€150M in transactions</strong> and backing from <strong>CLAAS</strong> and top European VCs, we’re a fast-growing, tech-driven startup.</p><h2>Your challenge</h2><p><strong>Your Mission – Marketing Focus</strong>  </p><p>As a <strong>Content &amp; Social Media Marketing Intern</strong>, you will play a hands-on role in shaping E-FARM’s digital presence and brand voice:</p><ul><li>Create engaging content for social media and digital channels, including posts, visuals, short videos, and campaign assets</li><li>Manage and support day-to-day social media activities across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)</li><li>Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas aligned with our brand and marketing goals</li><li>Support content planning and execution for campaigns, launches, and employer branding initiatives</li><li>Experiment with formats, styles, and messaging to increase reach and engagement</li><li>Use modern content and AI tools to speed up creation and enhance creativity</li></ul><h2>Your profile</h2><h2>Your Profile</h2><ul><li>Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university (ideally near graduation)</li><li>Available for at least 6 months in Hamburg</li><li>Language Skills: Solid English skills required</li><li>Any additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Romanian etc.) is a big plus – we sell across Europe, so the more languages you speak, the more impact you can make!</li><li>Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling</li><li>Creative mindset with a good eye for tone, visuals, and consistency</li><li>Proactive and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced startup</li></ul><h2>Our proposition</h2><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li><strong>€1,000 monthly top-up on top of your Erasmus+ grant</strong></li><li>Real ownership of content and social media initiatives — not just execution support</li><li>Mentorship from experienced digital marketers</li><li>Modern office in central Hamburg with a collaborative international team</li><li>Team events, startup culture &amp; career springboard – many interns join E-FARM full-time</li></ul>
