Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for various business units and initiatives within the EMEA region.</li><li>Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to identify key drivers and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets and recommending corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) to gather financial data, understand business performance, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.</li><li>Support the annual planning, budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management, contributing to strategic initiatives and business improvements.</li><li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the EMEA region, providing regular updates and recommendations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.</li></ul> Job Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A), preferably within a large multinational corporation.</li><li>Proven experience working with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions) is essential.</li><li>Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan) is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is required.</li><li>Understanding of EMEA market dynamics and business practices is advantageous.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy is required.</li></ul>#LI-JS2<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
