With great judgment, attention to detail, and a focus on process, you’ll help shape an employee experience that aligns with Via’s mission.What You'll Do:People Operations &amp; Launch<ul><li>Own the Launch Playbook end-to-end: HR setup, onboarding infrastructure, and local compliance for every new market Via enters</li><li>Travel to launch sites to provide on-the-ground HR support during new market go-lives</li><li>Drive compliance and policy administration across all states where Via operates</li><li>Manage corporate employee onboarding and offboarding mechanics, keeping the machine running cleanly as Via scales</li></ul>Learning &amp; Development<ul><li>Own the full learning experience for Field teams: onboarding curriculum, 30/60/90-day check-in infrastructure, and manager touchpoint design</li><li>Coordinate and execute L&amp;D programming end-to-end - scheduling, vendor management, participant communications, and feedback loops</li><li>Support rollout of manager development programs, tracking completion and translating feedback into iteration</li><li>Build and maintain Via's internal resource library: playbooks, guides, templates, and training materials that scale knowledge across the org</li><li>Maintain the L&amp;D calendar and ensure training is integrated across performance cycles, launch waves, and onboarding cohorts</li></ul>HR Operations<ul><li>Support cross-functional People projects in partnership with the broader team</li><li>Build out traditional HRBP operations, with a sharp eye toward automation - learning the fundamentals while identifying where AI and tooling can eliminate manual work at scale</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>A builder and an operator: you don't just document processes, you create them from nothing and make them stick</li><li>Energized by new markets and new challenges - you're as comfortable on a go-live floor in an unfamiliar city as you are managing a project plan</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized without being rigid; you can hold a lot of complexity without losing the thread</li><li>A strong communicator who can earn trust quickly with a new team, a new manager, or a compliance vendor you've never worked with before</li><li>Someone who understands that great People work is invisible when it's done right - and you take pride in that</li><li>1-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a closely related field; experience with multi-state compliance or new market launches is a plus</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
