Key Responsibilities:Project Support:• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. • Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.Accounting Support:• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals. • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to project activities. • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Administrative Tasks:• Manage correspondence and communication between project teams and stakeholders. • Maintain organized records and filing systems for project-related documents. • Support procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract management.Compliance and Reporting:• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and submit accurate financial and project reports to management.
