<p>We are seeking a Lead Engineer - Power System Studies to join our Transmission &amp; Distribution team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across the globe and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.</p><ul><li>Perform, analyze, and review the Power System Studies (steady state, dynamic &amp; Transients) and its reports.</li><li>Establish technical standards, procedures, and best practices for Power System Studies.</li><li>Provide Power System expertise from the concept to detailed design of transmission &amp; distribution projects, including substations, power generating stations, data centers, BESS and renewables.</li><li>Assist &amp; provide technical expertise in bids and proposals and represent the Company in client meetings as a senior member of the Power System Studies team, applying your experience and expertise to a range of exciting and interesting projects.</li><li>Ensure adherence to AECOM and client design management processes while leading project and client meetings as needed.</li><li>Mentor team members in their development, facilitating opportunities that build competency, and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate.</li><li>Ensure design submissions comply with codes, standards such as IEEE, IEC, National Grid, and quality requirements.</li><li>Drive innovation in AI, digital, scripts automation, develop the user defined dynamic &amp; transient models.</li><li>Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.</li><li>Prepares technical specification sections.</li><li>Provides input to the development of engineering budgets and schedules.</li></ul>
