If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!  You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  <ul><li>Shaping and effectively implementing the strategy for innovation projects and service development</li><li>Coordinating the portfolio of existing regulated and non-regulated services, ensuring their oversight, continuous improvement, and the development and market introduction of new services</li><li>Fostering an innovative, technology-driven culture and supporting employee development</li><li>Identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions to improve organizational performance</li><li>Coordinating the company’s participation in international organizations and international projects at the organizational level</li><li>Ensuring the improvement of the company’s operational processes and monitoring their performance indicators</li><li>Representing the company in various meetings, presenting information to different audiences, and aligning diverse stakeholder interests</li></ul>
