By aligning operational goals with business strategy, implementing scalable systems, and building a high-performing team, the Head of Center of Excellence delivers both cost-effective support and value-added insights that enhance business performance through the shared service model.Core responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Finance Operations: Oversee the Finance Operations function, to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of key processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting.</li><li>Drive Strategy and Performance: Set the direction for the Center of Excellence aligning its operations with global finance objectives while continuously improving service quality, cost-efficiency, value add and scalability.</li><li>Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: Hire, coach, mentor, and retain top finance talent. Foster a high-accountability culture by promoting top performers and addressing underperformance.</li><li>Implement Scalable Systems and Automation: Lead financial systems implementation and automation initiatives that deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient processes. </li><li>Model Finance Leadership.
