Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and legal terminology.</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
