generation.</li><li>Proficiency in engineering software tools such as ETAP, SKM, or PSS/E for power system analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with protection relay programming, coordination studies, grounding studies, and simulation software (e.g., SEL, CDEGS, GE Enervista) a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes, such as IEEE, ANSI, and NESC.</li><li>Proficient technical skills in substation layout, equipment sizing, and protection coordination.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
