You will partner closely with engineering and technical leaders to build high-performing teams and drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires a strong executor with deep experience in technical recruiting, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of closing highly competitive candidates.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Partner with hiring managers across engineering and technical teams to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team dynamics</li><li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent across software, infrastructure, data, and related domains</li><li>Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer negotiation</li><li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical candidates for both current and future hiring needs</li><li>Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating both technical capability and alignment with company values</li><li>Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitive landscape to inform hiring decisions</li><li>Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication and strong process execution</li><li>Track recruiting activity, funnel metrics, and hiring outcomes to continuously improve performance</li></ul><h3>What You’ll Need</h3><ul><li>3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a startup or in-house environment</li><li>Proven success hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, SRE, data, security, etc.)</li><li>Strong ability to partner with and influence engineering leaders and technical stakeholders</li><li>Solid understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring landscapes</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to assess technical talent and calibrate effectively with hiring teams</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results</li></ul><hr><h3>Location</h3><p>This role will require consistent on-site presence at our office in Santa Clara / San Jose, with an expectation of 4 days per week in office.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.</p><p>At Archer, we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possesses the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
