You drive improvements across our ERP, data and analytics landscape and help embed data‑driven decision making throughout the organisation. Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyse and optimise end‑to‑end business processes, workflows and data flows across the organisation </li></ul><ul><li>Act as the go‑to person for the operational business from an ERP, data and analytics perspective </li></ul><ul><li>Translate business models and requirements into Odoo ERP, data platforms (Databricks) and AI‑enabled solutions in close collaboration with IT and external partners </li></ul><ul><li>Own and drive the ERP, data and AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy </li></ul><ul><li>Enable data‑driven decision making by defining KPIs, data models, dashboards and insights together with stakeholders </li></ul><ul><li>Identify opportunities where data, automation and AI can improve the Smappee product, efficiency, quality and decision making </li></ul><ul><li>Gather, validate and document business, data and analytics requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate and support projects with internal teams and key service partners to ensure successful delivery </li></ul><ul><li>Communicate insights, recommendations and progress clearly to management and stakeholders</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in business analysis within ERP, data or analytics‑driven environments (Odoo &amp; Databricks experience is a strong asset) </li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience with end‑to‑end business processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, Enable) </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical mindset with a clear interest in data, analytics and AI use cases </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL and Power BI) </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with automation and integration tooling (e.g. Zapier, Workato) </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business, IT and external partners </li></ul><ul><li>Structured, pragmatic and able to drive change in a fast‑growing organisation </li></ul>BenefitsAt Smappee we believe in a modern and dynamic work environment where you can be yourself and truly inspire people to contribute to a better planet.
