Opportunities for advancement, professional development stipends, and a bonus structure are in place.Competitive compensation package. We offer a competitive compensation package including generous 401k (6% match), health insurance reimbursement, remote work flexibility, and unlimited time off.Essential Duties:<ul><li>Build, review, and maintain large datasets of multifamily housing utility data.</li><li>Support benchmarking, compliance tracking, and energy performance reporting for building portfolios.</li><li>Conduct quality assurance of utility data sources and supporting documentation.</li><li>Research utility providers and data access requirements and obtain utility data.</li><li>Communicate with utilities, clients, and internal team members to resolve data access and quality issues.</li><li>Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and benchmarking deliverables.</li><li>Track benchmarking milestones, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Assist with automation and process improvements for data workflows and reporting tools.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve data reliability and consistency.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, data analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets or data analysis preferred.</li><li>Experienced in querying and analyzing data with AWS Athena, MySQL, Python and PostgreSQL</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Interest in energy efficiency, buildings, or sustainability.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Possess a professional demeanor in dealing with clients and team members.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Generous 401K match (100% up to 6% of salary)</li><li>Health coverage stipend</li><li>Professional development stipend</li><li>Unlimited paid time off</li></ul>Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
