Due to continued growth in our Program Management Business Line, we are seeking an experienced Manager to join our ANZ team in a senior leadership capacity, based in either Brisbane or Sydney as a Sector Manager. How you’ll make a difference <ul><li>Support the execution of sector-specific strategies and drive profitable growth through effective client engagement and market differentiation.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee recruitment, development, and succession planning for your team, including workshare across the sector</li><li>Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment, empowering team members to take ownership and encouraging professional development.</li><li>Ensure delivery excellence across all projects by maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Implement digital and AI initiatives within the sector and uphold project governance and delegation of authority requirements</li><li>Actively participate in technical and project management roles, including GNGs, project risk reviews, and governance reviews.</li><li>Champion a Quality Mindset and ensure the consistent application of AECOM's policies and procedures.</li></ul>
