Mazak, Hurco.</li><li>Read blueprints and machines metallic and nonmetallic parts to print tolerances. </li><li>Import CAD data and use FeatureCAM software to program CNC machining centers. </li><li>Calculate feeds and speeds, adjusts for cutting conditions to optimize processing. </li><li>Perform PM on machines and maintains the housekeeping of the work area.</li><li>Clearly communicates potential quality issues with management.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring: <ul><li>Setup, and operate 3-axis vertical machining centers experience. </li><li>Programming experience with CAM software preferred.</li><li>High mix, low volume 2D and 3D milling of simple to complex machined details.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>2 years prior machining experience or vocational school preferred.</li><li>Journeyman machinist preferred but not necessary.</li><li>Current or prior JR Automation experience, or experience in the automation industry, strongly preferred.</li></ul>Disclaimer: JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.Company Overview:  At JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company, we discover potential, reimagine limits, and advance industry.
