In this role, you will be instrumental in the development of cutting-edge lectronics solutions, from conceptualization through to production, contributing to the future of sustainable energy.  How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Design, develop, and test analog and digital electronic circuits for power electronics applications, including control boards, gate drivers, and sensor interfaces.</li><li>Perform schematic capture, PCB layout design, and component selection, ensuring adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and DFM/DFT principles.</li><li>Conduct detailed simulations (e.g., SPICE, Altium Designer, PSpice) to verify circuit performance and integrity.</li><li>Build, debug, and validate hardware prototypes, conducting comprehensive functional and performance testing.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers to integrate hardware designs into complete systems.</li><li>Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating input from stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and manufacturing instructions.</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest technologies, components, and industry trends in power electronics and hardware design.</li><li>Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.  </li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (3+ years) in electronics hardware design, specifically within power electronics or industrial applications.</li><li>Strong proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, including microcontrollers, FPGAs, power supplies, and signal conditioning.</li><li>Expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).</li><li>Experience with hardware debugging and testing using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.</li><li>Solid understanding of EMI/EMC principles and design for compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, CAN).</li><li>Knowledge of power converter topologies (e.g., DC-DC, AC-DC, DC-AC) is a significant advantage.</li><li>Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced R&amp;D environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
