Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>The Maintenance Technician Lead oversees a team of approximately 10-15 maintenance technicians, ensuring the effective operation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, facilities, and systems. This role blends technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to maintain safety, efficiency, and productivity.</li><li>Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff; delegate tasks and monitor performance.</li><li>Maintenance Operations: Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Planning: Organize daily work schedules, prioritize tasks, and respond to urgent repair needs.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment status.</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitor and manage tools, parts, and supplies.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing systems.</li><li>Leadership and team coordination.</li><li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving.</li><li>Time management and task prioritization.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, maintenance software).</li><li>Technical degree, or equivalent technical certifications, with 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Competent in repairs of Injection Molding Machines and automation.</li><li>Knowledge of automation, material handling systems, and auxiliaries such as compressors, chillers, and electrical systems.</li><li>Able to see “Big picture” or entire process of a machine and determine trouble-shooting strategy.</li><li>Pay rate = $46/hour.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
