In addition, the position holder will provide support in identifying and implementing operational improvement opportunities and reporting analytics.Schedule: Hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, with about 10% regional travel to operating sites.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. <ul><li>Strong operational and FP&amp;A Finance reporting – actual, budget, forecast, variance analysis</li><li>Strong understanding of KPIs and measuring manufacturing strategy performance</li><li>Compile Monthly Operating Reviews for Manufacturing leadership</li><li>Strong analytical mindset, provide support for manufacturing strategy in our WSS segment</li><li>Instill a continuous improvement mind set and culture of metrics-driven decision making</li><li>Productivity: support / validate productivity savings with/from procurement and continuous improvement departments</li><li>Work cross functionally and assist with understanding and building SIOP process</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations, or similar discipline; or equivalent experience is required. Masters of Accounting, or MBA, preferred</li><li>+3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or relevant field.</li><li>Financial analysis experience in operational contexts (e.g., efficiency, footprint optimization, etc.)</li><li>A proven track record of KPI management, cross functional support, cost control, and operational productivity</li><li>Experience in presenting to management in a results-oriented culture</li><li>Effectively working in a matrixed environment</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for manufacturing finance and cost accounting</li><li>Change management and continuous improvement mindset—comfortable driving process efficiencies and adopting new tools</li><li>Experience in a large, multi-site manufacturing environment preferred</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 plus bonus.   Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.#LI-RR1Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
