We listen and understand the specific needs of our clients and deliver a complete value chain of services to provide sustainable solutions across major infrastructure projects worldwide.<h3>The Role</h3>We are seeking a Senior/Associate Civil, Structural or Environmental Engineer to strengthen and grow our Waste &amp; Resource Recovery team, with a focus on waste infrastructure. This role is ideal for an experienced professional (10–15 years) who enjoys leading complex design and delivery of waste infrastructure projects and is motivated by building client relationships and winning new work. You will play a key role in the design and delivery of a broad range of waste and resource recovery infrastructure projects, including:<ul><li>Transfer stations</li><li>Resource recovery facilities</li><li>Materials recycling facilities (MRFs)</li><li>Organics / composting facilities</li><li>Waste-to-energy infrastructure</li><li>Facility upgrades and expansions</li></ul>In addition to technical delivery, you will contribute to project leadership, client engagement, and business development, helping to grow our presence across VIC/TAS.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and deliver the design and project management of waste infrastructure projects</li><li>Manage projects from concept through to detailed design and construction</li><li>Build, maintain and expand strong client relationships</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and winning work</li><li>Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural or Environmental Engineering (or similar)</li><li>10–15 years’ experience in design and delivery of infrastructure projects</li><li>Strong experience in waste, resource recovery, industrial or similar infrastructure (above-ground focus preferred)</li><li>Proven ability to manage clients and contribute to business development</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li></ul>How To Apply All applications must be submitted online.
