This team builds and maintains the web and mobile experiences our customers interact with every day, including our Marketplace, acquisition and signup flows, and core customer-facing platform integrations.In this role, you will work closely with product and design to build high-quality, scalable experiences that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement. You will own your work end-to-end, from shaping solutions through implementation and delivery.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain customer-facing features across our web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Partner closely with product and design to understand requirements, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact features.</li><li>Own projects end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, and release.</li><li>Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend systems.</li><li>Contribute to architecture and technical decisions that improve performance, scalability, and developer experience.</li><li>Continuously improve the customer experience through iteration, experimentation, and data-informed decisions.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and uphold strong engineering standards across the team.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers across teams to integrate with shared services and platform capabilities.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of software engineering experience, with experience building full-stack applications.</li><li>Strong experience with backend development in PHP or another object-oriented language.</li><li>Experience building modern frontend applications using React or a similar framework.</li><li>Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.</li><li>Strong product mindset with a focus on customer experience and business impact.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Salary  $140k-170k</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Monthly Stipend to spend on Misfits Market</li><li>Multiple health, dental, and vision plan options </li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401k plan</li></ul>
