We're looking for a Business Development Account Manager who combines a hunter's instinct for new business with the operational know-how to see deals through to long-term success. If you're a savvy problem-solver, strong communicator, and proven relationship-builder with a passion for logistics and sustainability, you'll thrive here.</p><p></p><h3><strong>You will:</strong></h3><ul><li>Drive new business development across North America, identifying and closing opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts</li><li>Lead planning and execution of freight transport electrification rollouts with both new and existing customer accounts</li><li>Own the full customer lifecycle from prospecting and contract through onboarding, training, and expansion</li><li>Train customer teams on Einride's equipment, software, and best practices to maximize fleet performance and utilization</li><li>Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop account growth plans to expand revenue within your portfolio</li><li>Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences</li><li>Become a subject matter expert in Einride's full suite of service offerings, business model, and proprietary software</li><li>Travel up to 25% to visit clients, support rollouts, and build relationships on the ground</li></ul><h3><strong>We expect you to have:</strong></h3><ul><li>4- 7 years of experience in business development, account management, logistics, supply chain, fleet management, or a related field</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in a shipper or customer-facing BD or account management role</li><li>Demonstrated track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts</li><li>Strong understanding of freight modes a plus, including drayage, intermodal, LTL, and cross-border</li><li>Experience with business intelligence tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Independent, hands-on problem solver who takes clear ownership and delivers results under pressure</li><li>Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, climate tech, and the future of transportation</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li></ul><h3>What we offer:</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and stock options</li><li>Competitive and comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans</li><li>401k with employer match</li><li>25 days of PTO, 15 sick days, 15 US Holidays observed</li><li>Wellness allowance </li></ul><p>You will be part of a truly diverse, high performing team with a common passion for sustainability and making things happen in an innovative way.
