This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful environmental initiatives, advance into a larger leadership role, and contribute to AECOM’s mission of delivering sustainable and innovative solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:<ul><li>Lead and manage environmental remediation, assessment, and oil &amp; gas projects from initiation to completion.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Apply technical knowledge to address environmental challenges, including remediation, groundwater contamination, soil treatment, waste management, and environmental compliance for oil and gas facilities, refineries, and industrial sites.</li></ul>Client Relations:<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, regulators, and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and timely communication regarding project updates, risks, and outcomes.</li></ul>Regulatory Compliance:<ul><li>Stay up to date with environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.</li></ul>Office Leadership:<ul><li>Manage and lead a team of professionals within the local office.</li><li>Provide mentorship, training, and career development support to junior engineers, geologists, and project staff.</li></ul>Business Development:<ul><li>Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities.</li><li>Assist with proposal development, contract negotiations, and client presentations.</li></ul>
