<ul><li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and buildings to include, but not limited to:<ul><li>Conveyors (All types)</li><li>Power transmission systems (direct, belt, and chain driven)</li><li>Hydraulic balers</li><li>Granulators</li><li>Air compressors and associated systems</li><li>Docks, doors, and dock levelers</li></ul></li><li>Must be able to repair and/or replace motors, speed reduction/gear boxes, chain drives, rollers, belt lacing and belts utilizing industry standard methods for installation (e.g. alignment and tensioning).</li><li>Make repairs or replacements to air handling systems utilizing blowers of various types.</li><li>Must be able to fabricate, repair, and install all types of guarding on material handling equipment at the plant.</li><li>Must be able to repair building plumbing systems and their components.</li><li>Must be able to fit, install and repair all type of piping and tubing systems, to include black iron, plastic, brass, copper and rubber piping and tubing systems.</li><li>Must be able to troubleshoot and replace electric circuits and systems to include but not limited to motors, fuses, circuit breakers, contactors, sensing switches and devices, control wiring, and transformers.</li><li>Proficient in reading schematics and drawings.</li><li>Must be able to repair and replace failed lighting circuits and components.</li><li>Must be able to use chain falls, hoists, forklifts, and tele-handlers to safely rig and move equipment and parts or components for installation or replacement.</li><li>Must know how to safely strap and use chains to secure equipment or material for lifting.</li><li>Proficient in the safe and appropriate use of electrical test devices.</li></ul>
