We’re also very keen to find somebody who has a proven track record or at least a very keen interest in both applications and mobile equipment deployment and configuration.Position Summary and Responsibilities<ul><li>Infrastructure work<ul><li>Be Remote hands for our Infrastructure Network and Server team.</li><li>Point of Contact for our Infrastructure and Security teams</li><li>Assist with in country purchasing of hardware.</li></ul></li><li>Purchasing Hardware and software in country</li><li>Hardware and Tech Refresh</li><li>Onsite IT Support for assigned Teledyne locations; working as part of a virtual IT team to provide customer support, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and requests (tickets). Where a resolution cannot be found then you would be expected to escalate accordingly.<ul><li>By IT support we refer to multiple proficiencies, such as but not limited to:<ul><li>End users and their equipment. You will be responsible for SOX auditing your assigned sites on a monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual basis.</li><li>Handle vendor management in the country</li><li>Support for annual IT budgeting for each site in India</li></ul>Project WorkPeriodically project work will be assigned in parallel to day-to-day support responsibilities. Other such projects might include facility relocations/expansion and supporting of domain migrations etcQualificationsDegree in Computer ScienceAny IT Professional qualifications CompTIA, Microsoft, Cloud, Power BI, Data, Certifications.Required<ul><li>At least 10 years IT support experience and 5 years in Manager role.</li><li>Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication.</li><li>Ability to support both in person and remotely.</li><li>Able to work to ambiguous frameworks. Not everything within this support role will come with an instruction manual, our ideal person is somebody who can think outside of the box and progress situations on their own merit.</li><li>A solid and robust understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating system. Including how to manage and maintain computers attached to an Enterprise domain.  </li><li>A firm understanding of the Active Directory concept, including creating users, groups, and objects.</li><li>Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products.</li><li>High-level server administration and troubleshooting knowledge in physical and virtual environment.
