You will face challenging technical and commercial topics that require strong problem-solving skills, independence, and confidence in high‑stake customer decisions.How You’ll Make an impact<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Hitachi Energy’s high voltage substation and power quality (STATCOM) portfolio across Spain and other countries covered by our local organization (Portugal and Morocco).</li><li>Engage proactively wth new and existing customers through on-site and remote interactions to understand technical and commercial requirements.</li><li>Recommend optimized system solutions from our high-voltage substation and power quality offering.</li><li>Support local marketing activities to strengthen Grid Integration visibility and enhance market positioning.</li><li>Contribute to financial performance analysis, including profitability studies, budgeting, and ROI reviews.</li><li>Provide customers with accurate technical, system, and pricing information.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the resolution of tender, delivery, or execution-related issues.</li></ul>Your Background<ul><li>Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a License degree in a similar technical field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven track record in High Voltage Substation projects.</li><li>Knowledge of turnkey systems, EPC environments, and project execution lifecycles.</li><li>Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
