Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Program Lead to drive process improvements, establish performance metrics, and enhance operational visibility across the organization. This role will be responsible for building and managing KPI dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, optimizing workflows, and owning the structure and governance of team initiatives within Jira/Jira Align.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational rigor and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This person will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and improving execution consistency across programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement &amp; Operational Excellence· Identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality· Lead cross-functional and global initiatives to standardize workflows and implement best practices· Develop and document SOPs, playbooks, and process frameworksMetrics, KPIs &amp; Reporting· Define, implement, and maintain key performance indicators aligned with organizational goals· Build and manage dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to provide real-time visibility into performance· Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership· Establish data governance standards and ensure data accuracy and consistencyProgram Tracking &amp; Tools Management· Own and maintain team workflows and initiative tracking within Jira/Jira Align· Design and optimize boards, workflows, and reporting structures to support program execution· Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and tracked work across teams· Provide training and guidance to team members on tool usage and best practicesQualifications &amp; Skills· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field· 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or process improvement roles· Strong experience building dashboards and data models in Microsoft Power BI· Hands-on experience administering or managing workflows in Jira or Jira Align· Proven ability to define KPIs and translate data into actionable insights· Program Leadership: Ability to manage complex workstreams and guide cross-functional execution.· Organizational Excellence: Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Preferred Skills· Programming skills in Python· Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies· Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similarAt Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
