This role includes scheduled and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility support to ensure operational efficiency and workplace safety.                                                                                 YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:<ul><li>Conduct scheduled and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.</li><li>Maintain and repair machinery such as CNC and manual machine tools, forklifts, AGVs, paint systems, robots, welders, and compressed air systems.</li><li>Service facility systems including HVAC, lighting, sprinkler systems, plumbing, and office fixtures.</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.</li><li>Record materials used and requisition parts using electronic devices (iPad, iPhone, laptops).</li><li>Assist with relocating and organizing production and office spaces.</li><li>Support special projects directed by Maintenance or Plant Leadership.</li><li>Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with 6S standards.</li><li>Assist contractors and coordinate materials logistics, including pick-up and delivery.</li><li>Ensure regular, reliable attendance.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.</li><li>Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical or moving vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and power tools.</li><li>Intermediate ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical problems on various manufacturing equipment including CNC equipment.</li><li>Must be capable of reading and understanding electrical schematics and diagrams.</li><li>Basic working knowledge of programmable ladder logic (PLC).</li><li>Electrician skills including correct wiring practices, 3 phase electric power, replacement of electrical components including push buttons, breakers, motor starters and field sensors.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient with electrical test and diagnostic equipment (volt meters, ammeter, AC drives).</li><li>Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), such as Manager Plus, MaintainX, eMaint, Flix, Limble.</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONSThe following represents general working conditions for this role.
