This is only possible thanks to the dedication of our people, who make a real difference every day.About the role:As a Site Operative at LondonEnergy, you will have a strong customer service background and will act as the first point of contact to the public, providing a professional service by giving advice, direction, and assistance, ensuring that waste is received and deposited correctly. Key Responsibilities:Operations<ul><li>Delivering a consistent high level of customer service, working to the company standards and contract requirements. </li><li>Assisting members of public, where safe and appropriate to do so, and overseeing the sorting and safe disposal of customers waste and recycling materials. </li><li>Advising on the correct segregation of waste and recycling into relevant containers / storage areas. </li><li>Monitoring and directing traffic movements within the facility.</li><li>Carry out general site duties including housekeeping of site grounds, buildings and staff facilities.</li><li>Operate the site in line with current company policies and procedures</li></ul>General<ul><li>To carry out other appropriate duties at a similar level at the designated site/sites or other company sites as required</li></ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Reliable and punctual</li> <li>Able to work as part of a team.</li> <li>Flexible approach may be required to learn other roles within the site to ensure effective operating procedures.</li> <li>Must be willing to learn operations and undergo appropriate training.</li> <li>Be able to work shift in a pattern (including some weekends)</li> <li>Experience working in a public facing role</li> <li>Working in a similar role is desirable </li> <li>Health and Safety awareness training </li> </ul>Benefits<ul><li>Private Medical &amp; Life Insurance</li></ul><ul><li>Company Pension Scheme </li><li>Annual Leave Package</li><li>Employee Recognition Scheme </li><li>Access to Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)</li><li>+ Many more benefits  </li></ul>Early application is encouraged as we will review applications throughout the advertising period and reserve the right to close the advert early.
