Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations, preferably in manufacturing.</li><li>Familiarity with Windows Active Directory domain management and basic Linux administration.</li><li>Ability to independently analyze and resolve end-user and network issues.</li><li>Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN).</li><li>Strong service mindset, adaptable to a factory environment, and skilled in prioritizing issues.</li><li>English reading and writing skills (C1); spoken English is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Polish or other European languages is a plus.</li></ul> Why us?
