This is a site-based position at Sommerset Dam, DIDO with accommodation Monday to Friday (Flexibility Available), this will initially be a 12 month contract.Safety, Health, Environment and Wellbeing (SHE&amp;W) Advisor“We are a company that values diversity, inclusiveness, and innovative thinking."Come grow with us.The SHE&amp;W Advisor contributes to the purposeful improvement of Safety, Health, Environment and Wellbeing (SHE&amp;W) culture, and further partners with the business and leaders to develop and drive positive understanding of SHE&amp;W expectation and behaviors to the highest level wherever we undertake work.How you’ll make a difference<ul><li>Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Provide expert advice and support to management and employees on SHE&amp;W matters.</li><li>Facilitate training and awareness programs to foster a safety-first culture.</li><li>Monitor and report on SHE&amp;W performance metrics and trends.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to promote wellbeing initiatives and support mental health in the workplace.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to integrate SHE&amp;W considerations into all phases of project delivery.</li><li>Partner with leaders to develop and drive positive understanding of SHE&amp;W expectation and behaviours to the highest level wherever we undertake work.</li><li>Under limited supervision, responsible for moderately complex technical work in a wide range of environmental, safety and health disciplines to achieve compliance with ES&amp;H standards along with federal and state regulatory requirements. </li><li>Investigates accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace. </li><li>Recommends improvements in processes, design, procedures and operating equipment to minimize hazards. </li><li>Provides regulatory interpretation and technical advice. </li><li>May administer an ES&amp;H program on a small or medium-sized project.</li></ul>
