The Senior Project Surveyor is responsible for the successful delivery of projects across the full spectrum of cost management activities, operating with minimal supervision while leading and mentoring a team. This role plays a key part in client engagement, project execution, and commercial performance across a portfolio of projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organisational standards.</li><li>Manage project services using Workbench and other relevant systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.</li><li>Function as Project Manager on up to three active projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure client approval for any scope changes or additional work, maintaining transparency and contractual compliance.</li><li>Brief and guide project teams to ensure clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and project scopes.</li><li>Monitor and manage the performance of direct reports, providing mentorship and development opportunities to support their growth.</li><li>Allocate and manage resources effectively across large or multiple smaller projects within budget constraints.</li><li>Ensure timely cash collection in accordance with contract terms.</li><li>Benchmark project data to support cost planning and value engineering.</li><li>Maintain accountability for project deliverables and financial performance.</li><li>Ensure all project deliverables comply with internal Project Delivery Standards (PDS) and quality assurance protocols.</li><li>Adhere to all QA requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
