The System Administrator will install, configure and troubleshoot computer networks and associated assemblies while providing professional and courteous service to internal customers.<p style="text-align:inherit;"><br><br> </p><p>As a key member of GFL’s dynamic team you will provide support across US ES with respect to  Operational Administrative Business Processes utilizing OMS System and other systems utilized in the US.</p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication at all levels, attention to detail,  problem solving skills coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines in this multi-task fast paced  environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor  and a positive attitude.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Duties  </b></p><p>• Roll out/integration of GFL’s OMS System to new business acquisitions </p><p>• Assist in the preparation of Go Live data </p><p>• Identify any system data or process discrepancies and adequately facilitate resolutions with  system users </p><p>• Work closely with system development group and operations to convey business needs </p><p>• Train new and current users in the OMS system at an operational level </p><p>• Ongoing support to operational users as and when required </p><p>• Ability to travel as needed </p><p></p><p><b>Requirements </b></p><p>• Strong business administration experience </p><p>• Knowledge of waste management operations </p><p>• Experience and knowledge in transporting waste will be an asset</p><p>• Regulatory and technical knowledge with respect to the hazardous waste industry is highly  desirable </p><p>• Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information  </p><p>• Strong computer literacy; comfortable working with multiple systems including Google applications </p><p>• Confidence in ability to work in a constant changing work environment </p><p>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment </p><p>• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines </p><p>• Proven interpersonal organizational analytical and problem solving skills</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><br><br> </p><p>We thank you for your interest.
