From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.</span></p></div><div><p><b><span> </span></b></p></div><div><p><b><span>About the role</span></b></p></div><div><p><span>This ASM will lead and directly manage the sectors sales force responsible for instituting and enforcing sales process, tracking market and customer trends and achieving revenue targets for the area.</span></p></div><div><p><span>               </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>What you’ll do as ASM:</span></b></p></div><ul><li><p>Lead and direct area sales personnel to achieve team and individual sales objectives, ensuring revenue targets are exceeded</p></li><li><p>Ensure optimal sales team performance by providing day-to-day leadership, deployment, development and corrective action</p></li><li><p>Along with the Sector Manager, set individual revenue budgets and drive attainment throughout the area while ensuring profitable sales</p></li><li><p>Identify and establish major key account business opportunities</p></li><li><p>Deliver key presentations for major opportunities to existing and potential Aggreko customers</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the CRM system is utilised correctly and regularly by the sales team and that all sales administration tasks are completed</p></li><li><p>Maintain market awareness for opportunities, major projects, market trends, new products and competitor activity</p></li><li><p>Manage price strategy and controls to maximise rental and recovery rates with Sector Manager</p></li><li><p>Provide weekly revenue forecasts and monthly reports</p></li></ul><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>You are:</span></b></p></div><ul><li><p>A proven Sales Manager, with demonstrated experience (ideally a minimum of 5 years) in leading sales teams</p></li><li><p>Experienced in sales management in the mining, industrial, manufacturing, equipment hire, tools etc industries</p></li><li><p>Experienced in managing pricing strategies and controls</p></li><li><p>An exceptional communicator with great presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Able to liaise, develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels within an organisation</p></li><li><p>Strongly customer focused and understanding of the sales process and relevant tools (e.g. Salesforce, CRM)</p></li><li><p>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines</p></li><li><p>Strongly commercially focused</p></li></ul><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Here’s what you’ll get:</span></b></p></div><ul><li><p>Hybrid work arrangements</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation and excellent sales incentive scheme</p></li><li><p>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</p></li><li><p>Safety-focused culture</p></li><li><p>Community volunteering program</p></li><li><p>A range of career development opportunities</p></li></ul><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
